How to Decompress on a Trip
It's always a good idea to build in decompression time into your schedule. It works so much better if you do one or two things during the day and then spend the afternoon in front of the TV or inFront of the pool, because then everybody has a time to decompress. And it's also a great idea wherever you're going to find out if they have a sensory room or a sensory area or a low sensory area. A lot of theme parks are creating sensory maps so you know exactly where to go to decompressed.
