I Think India Is a Very Mature Military Industrial Complex

I think India has the ability and the know-how in Israel to develop a rocket of the caliber. We just don't, we just lack the funding. I think within a decade or so, India could be a very mature could have a very mature military industrial complex. There is so much capacity available in the private sector that needs to be leveraged.
