In hilocracy, you pretty much separate the tasks on working on the organizationstead of the whole structure. And that really helps focusing it othe tor the technical meetings. In a traditional organizational model, would come ok, alani cito, and we now somehow put in that the technology world, olte office management, that just doesn't make any sense. You really buildit, build the structure of rolls in a way how it makes sense for the rolls.
