Dr. Siler has been working with some elite runners from Norway and studying them. He's not a world class athlete, but he'll go out with them on some of their long, slow efforts or skis. Because for those elite athletes, they're not going hard in a sense. It's hard for people to wrap their heads around it,. But we're telling them to deliberately go easy.
