I work with an aggressive E or he's just everything it like when we are in a group in the management team and discussing a opportunity. I don't know if you would describe him as a pessimist. You're smiling. Very much. But do you ever do you ever say, oh, tell me how it could work or tell me what positive you see in this? It was in a bigger conversation. Yeah. So that's actually a tactic I talk about in the book that I do think works well with pessimists.
