I know from my experience that motherhood is a tough phase of life to do that because you are so in the trenches, hands on with your own kids. I encourage women often start a mom's night once a week or once a month and make it a priority. Also make a date night with your partner a priority, but build in on the schedule where they won't happen - especially when you have young kids. It could be going for a walk, especially during the pandemic. And so there are all kinds of things you can do as she says.
