I was not able to be diagnosed with PCOS because I had an IUD. Acne is a in inflammatory condition of your oil glands. It's estimated that 50% of people with facial acne also have acne below the neck on the chest and the back. And we really just don't understand why, it probably has to do with genetics, environment and evolution.
