"I write about this now to be loving like where is the best place for the ego to hide spirituality, literally self help workshop," he says. "God is in the voice of the person I don't want to get the advice from and God is in that homeless guy who's always shirtless any day of the year" He adds: "When you pay too much attention to the shadow, the shadow just grows."

We were so incredibly honoured to sit down with Danielle LaPorte in our shared hometown to talk about the ego, living a heart centred life, and ultimately ask, "When is enough self improvement enough?" Danielle is the real deal, no BS, wise and spiritual down to earth guide we have looked up to for years; and finally, she brings her presence and wisdom to the pod.
