Do You Want All a Properties or All C Properties?
I had no idea and I'm not even a new investor so I never knew that they graded properties like they do. You'll figure it out as you start comparing and looking at more and more properties in the same property class. It's best to put all your eggs in one basket when you're first starting out because then what happens is every time someone has a C property they're going to know oh crystals the girl you need to call. So if you're just starting out your first five properties should all be in the sameproperty class. Once you have that expertise you can either keep going all in or then maybe open up and try to invest and diversify after that.
