JJ: The timing of this is a little interesting obviously the SEC had to be on to them for you know a good while um I saw like I guess some of these undercover agents were whatever they're called we're messaging with some of these guys. These guys are the chumps that you hire to help you offload your paper we call stock paper in the old days because we have to deposit paper certificates but it's just  the people behind these companies who made 100 million somewhere out there.
