In a competitive job market, you want to be the person who has got that different looking resume for all the right reasons. You can't kind of bullshit your way through those bullet points when you are sharing impact also, I think. So start by identifying what are the most critical skills required for the job. Then you can include proof of how you use those skills into those bullet points. If you can't do that, see if you can earn a certificate or demonstrate a baseline of competency where you can show literal proof of that.
