The Benefits of Using Higher Repetition Ranges on Exercises
There is a very small number of exercises that I still do that I have to use higher repetition ranges on for various practical reasons. And they are the only exercises I ever get any kind of discomfort or or kind of those unpleasant notes of a key sensations after the workout. Only with those exercises never anything else. That was almost always there's a couple of exercises when people talk about don't you can't go heavy on - lateral raises and bicep curls.
