It was like the first time you had a leadership role in this capacity so what did that original planning discussion goes like. I can't stress enough how important it is to promote yourself internally. And if you can show that by delegating certain responsibilities to other folks on the team that you're able to do even more impactful work, then that's a pretty hard argument to turn down. It really focused on promoting myself internally within the organization and then also highlighting some clear opportunities to say, if I'm not in the support inbox all day, here's what else I could be doing, that would have XYZ impact.
