CBT and Anxiety
CBT is a form of therapy where we really look at how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are interacting. CBT has been proven to be hugely effective for people whether they're dealing with anxiety or any different kind of emotional difficulty. It's not something that you have to stay in therapy for forever I sort of found that once I was doing enough CBT I had a therapist who was brilliant so if anyone who's a therapist is listening hit me up please but my point is thatCBT is something that you can learn in a couple of sessions or whether you do it online or whether you maybe do it through this podcast.
