Are They Thinking About the Problem Correctly?

The key thing i the lock is, if churn is high, like, i want to make sure that the team is acknowledging that and realizing that they need to spend more of their cycles. Are they focusing on the right things based on the state of the business at this point in time? And do they understand that, do they understand the business contacts in which this release going to go out? You know, that's the key thing that i'm looking to made sure that they've got the investment in our distribution right.
