I think the fundamental concept of weight loss appears to be quite simple and like you said when we take in less energy than you burn you'll lose weight but I think we know that it's much more complex. Just focusing on calories in versus calories out I think is a little bit over simplistic and misguidedperhaps you could share with everyone when it comes to working out what's best for focusing on losing body fat yes this is a question that always gets asked as well.
