I think a key factor here is who is willing to make the conceptual leap into seeing not only Africa as a potential market, but Africa as an already existing market and where one can actually make money. And in those terms, in the tech sector, China has already made that leap. They have entire narrative set up, the idea of like, you just like Shenzhen was in the 70s, like really for development.
