How to Be a Successful Product Manager

Innovation is not about a dearth of ideas innovation is actually about a lack of courage. To build something really powerful and make it win what you really need is courage and not enough people have courage right so I would say you will need to have courage right now the next question is okay fine I have courage I'm entrepreneurial I have courage what do I do next my suggestion to you is just fixate on the user, understand the competition very well and then come up with specific creative ideas and proposals for how you translate that insight into product.
