How to Make C++ Memory Safer

Rust's model, like to the borrower, checker and all that stuff is so much stronger. Like C++ you could get that much, but you have to take action as the programmer. Whereas in Rust, you get the system and forces that on you. You can still totally shoot yourself on the foot by just saying new X and then forgetting to delete it or whatever.
