Do People Have to Consent to Their Data Being Used?
If your data is identified, then you need to have explicit consent from patients. A lot of the data governance is regulated as a sort of data protection regulation legislation that we have in the UK. Instead of consent we have opt out procedures for patients to say I don't want my health care data to be taken in use for any of these users. So, if you're a people would you say opt out in the general population?
