The Spiritual Effects of Confession
Father Mike: Reconciliation gives us an increase of spiritual strength for the Christian battle. The Eucharist feeds us and unites us close to Jesus Christ into the church, he says. "We get it every time we come before the Lord in the sacraments or in prayer," Father Mike adds.
