Decentralization of the Data Mesh

The biggest difference is decentralized ownership. The pipelines are reduced because you don't have to copy all that data into a central location now. You're decentralizing IT also. Instead of all the technical skill set being in IT, now it's being spread out among all of these domains. It overcomes at least in theory the problem withcentral IT not being able to scale enough.
