How Do You Start the Conversation About OPIU's?

OPIU's are a group of doctors who treat people with substance use disorders. Some patients will just flat out tell you that they need help. How do you start the conversation about treatment? I try to frame potentially stigmatized answers or questions around stigmatized topics in a way that normalizes a positive response.
