i was a volunteer, but i was exhausted afterwards. People said it would be very painful. But after after two weeks, everything's back to normal. Now, what would be really interesting is to take the same calibre of athlete from comrades and see whether they do recover as well. Andsi part of it is that ultra marithanis that just aren't reaching the ceiling of mussle performance because the movements are so slow. No one's going to run a good marithon between june and about august. It's too hot. Why would you race a slow marithin in the middle of summer when you could just wait?
