Fabio went through CBT for insomnia because he was struggling with it really severely at one point in time. The whole idea is retraining our way of our perception of sleep and identifying those sort of I guess detrimental thoughts and feelings with regards to sleep even behaviors that are contributing to our lack of sleep. Fabio: "I would lie there in bed for hours at a time and not be able to fall asleep because I was so anxious"
