How to Sell in a Job Interview

This is a humble and unselfish way of selling. You make an effort to learn about them, to ask them questions about what they need, about what they want. Even in the middle of a job interview, you can ask questions. It's right. You learn about them first and what they want and what they need. Then give your answer. But then you're selling in a more specific way for what they want - not just generally talking about yourself.
