How Can I Remove Crutch Words?

A script is an app that you know as a podcast that the script is, well, how would you describe it? It's a podcast editing software suite that also has voice to text. So if you want, you can, a script will transcribe your words into text. And this gives you an indication if you are using too many crutch words, for example. Daniel: Don't over obsess about these fluences because they do occur with native speakers.
