Only about a third of staff are now based in the Bay Area because we hired aggressively throughout the pandemic and we're hiring remotely. It's basically remote first yeah I mean it's funny I remember as late as you know 2019 so right before COVID hit having folks who joined remotely and really pushing them hard to move. Yeah only half the audience of the show is in the USAre you able to sponsor visas of people from outside the US? Yes we are for many roles now for all roles, says Givwell CEO John Boulden.
