Apple has built a system in partnership with nicmic, which is the national center for missing exploited children. If you cross some threshold of horrible photos, nickmic will get alerted. And it's actually getting distributed two phones so that if you are a dicloud customer, but it doesn't get up loaded right away, they still can get the alert. The danger here is that the chinese government or some other repressive regime will generate a different set of forbidden pictures and use that to chase down my phone customers.
