A key part of this project is that we incentivize new people to join and keep them sticking around for those, I think Tim has used the barbell term. We want to incentivize people to stick through that two to four year trough where core protocol work is hard. It's a lot of nitty gritty stuff. And it may not seem worth it. But if we can at least add a little bit of incentive to the people that are around for a few years and considering other options, that's what we want to do.
