Is Your Manager in Charge of Your One to Ones?
i don't think it's their job to come and sort of tell you what to talk about. Your manager is a really important person as part of that process. I asked ourer podplus workshop people last week what frequency works for them, and what do they all do? Ause i thought itwould just be interesting. And there wre few things that up that i really liked. One guy, m, who is a manager, said he keeps his wed Wednesday mornings free,. That's like a hundred % protected time. His people can book a one to one as and when they need it. For me, that really appealed to me, because i want loads of space from my managers
