Having Public Conversations in Slack Is a Good Idea

i saw in your handbook that you really encourage any work conversations to be held in public. I kind of think that a lot of people here are or sort of guide line around keeping everything public in slack, and think that that can be really distracting. Yes, we keep a agogl calendar that has all our company meetings on it. Andd, then another interesting thing i think i read is that meetings are open,. So if you're curious about what another team is working on, or you think you might want to get involved, it's always like a standing invitation to just join a meeting.
