This is so cool that, as, you know, coming from m i t, so many innovations come from those boundary zones. You borrow some ideas from electrical engineering and figure out how they can be applied to a biology. It reminds me of the early days of a molecular biology, when a lot of physicists came over a to come work in molecular biology. We're awe were realizing that we can actually engineer the systems without even really understanding how they work - there's been a lot of success of that.
