It's teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage. If you get all the people in an organization sitting on the same canoe with a row that's paddling all in the same direction, they can dominate any industry or market at any time. Patrick does a very good job of explaining the five dysfunctions. He does it in the style of a fable. So this little story, he talks about a fictional made up company called the Five Dysfunctions. Made up company called Decision Tech. They used to be at the top of their game but then things started to fall apart. Critical deadlines were being missed and employees were leaving.
