The Far Side of Phobos and Demos

When we move to Mars, will we see the far side of Phobos and Demos? So this is the process that happens all over the solar system and all over the universe. Eventually, gravity will do its bit and distort objects from spheres into like gentle little footballs. And so these round moons are technically not actually round, right? They're a little bit footballish and they're all tidally locked to their planet.
