Is China Vaccine Hesitancy a Big Strategic Mistake?
The Omokron variant came along, and until China failed to carry on vaccinating. So the rest of the world was locked out in China fell free. And what you hear now is that it's not so simple to reverse policy. Chinese officials have said we could have over a million deaths because they haven't vaccinated extraordinarily enough. The decision not to bring in foreign vaccines does seem like a big mistake.
