Retail is like an ice cream sundae. What are you buying? Vanilla ice cream. That's 75% of what you're buying. Then, the cherry and the sprinkles on top, that 5%. And that's what draws the eyes. Target brought in these special things to make them interesting. They did a much better job with the basic business they had. The third was they did sell staples that created that trip.
