i wonder if the technology existed to prioritize telephone users privacy over the needs and wants of law enforcement, would we have allowed that? I mean, a lot of people wouldn't. And i thin, i'd like to think that i would be back in whatever, the fifties, whente telephones happen. It's always been kind of like a question of try to catch the bad guys making mistakes with technology that we can control.
