The Importance of Technical Debt

Tech debt is actually a strategy. It's more important to bring something on the market very fast than having perfect code and being late. If we create perfect code for functionality we don't know if it's useful or not. Henrik Nieberg from Spotify, he wrote a blog post where he said basically we see perfect code as a waste of time. Amazon was also a different system in the beginning as it is now.
