How to Write a Timestamp for a Data Frame

GPT started to say, like I would ask for a code and it would write me the code. And then it would show me a table that had the timestamp column in it. It was writing code that was correct, but didn't have the year in my data frame. So there was no code that was going to create atimeline for me without year.
