Josh Ho is the founder of a company called Referral Rock, which is very successful. If I sign up for Referral Rock then I get these tools that help to prompt my users to share the product with their friends. Things like gift cards and PayPal payouts, product giveaways, that kind of thing. What we kind of call it is like a proactive word of mouth,. And people of course are like, I want my organic word of mouth. But how do you wrap that into doing some automation around it?
