The Importance of Drinking
I had much too much money for a kid in my age. And that led me into law school. Do mostly the luck. The house of cards falls down and calls swept away. I remember then pointing with scorn at those who were jumping out the towers of high finance as suicide. What? Shut up. Why not again.? But now he was drinking caught up with him inexorably. Terrific hangovers. My business plans won't have me back. Much worse.
