The Importance of English in a Community

Argentine community is very active we have at least one or two workshops every every week. Most of the people don't speak english so we probably have to pitch their project. Some of our proposals are more targeted towards okay let's localize this and give it enough room for it to fully grow into itself. The situation in Argentina where you don't even know the price of things in a supermarket like this must cause serious problems.
