Template Meta Programming in C++

I decided to write the book when I decided to spend a year in Italy. The question is like, how come that all these weird effects that you can think of? They have all the explanation in terms of functions returning some functor. Why is it so, you know, whether it's IO or maybe or list? So I wrote a plan, sort of chapters of the book, and I thought, okay, I'm going to start writing it as a series of blog posts. Then I had my Saunders McLean with me, and access to the internet, and I started doing this.
