You're going to have to figure out a way to buy properties at a deeper discount and you'll have to work hard. The rules haven't changed for buying real estate; it's just harder to do now. If it was a bad time to buy real estate, no one else would be buying it because there's nowhere else that's better to put your money.

The BRRRR method just got served a devastating blow. With new financing rules and regulations, the “Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat” strategy could be coming to a close for rookie real estate investors.
