The Impact of Russia's Rhetoric on Central Asian Countries

In the last meeting between Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin in the joint statement, Russian part also signed under many Chinese terminology clichés. What is the impact of that on say the Russians when they hear this? I think when it comes to the US, the US is concerned when they hear that, but it's not the case for Russia. In reality, what Russia is trying to do is to create very quickly something that it can put together with Chinese terminology - which doesn't look like a grand strategy.
