I've been really fortunate to be in a position kind of similar to you where I'm working at a couple of schools. We're part of 16 I think 16 different schools so we started up by two principles Matt Carter and Belinda Bristol. They basically put it to the network of schools and said like do you want to collaborate together. It's just really important to have that leadership group all on the same page yes absolutely.
