In the future, if this tectonic shift is happening, that leaders or organizations will have to choose. And I think that could actually be healthy. If you want a job where you can kind of just work and do your thing and we don't expect you to invest in the people you work with, you can choose that. What worries me more is that everybody like frogs and pots of boiling water or actually the frozen ones, the temperature only gets back to 55. So I would actually rather have a division in companies and people choose things intentionally than have this new normal.
