Early on in your career, and even maybe at the mid point of your career, you might not have anything to offer to your mentor. That is ly ok. At some point in your career you will be able to give back. And if it's not even giving back to your mentor, it's giving back in other indirect ways. So i think establishing that relationship, having a conversation, being ok with some people just want to be in a place of giving and receiving. Your mentord.
