Are You Pro Active When You're Injured?

Soreness is not what i'm talking about. I'm talking about things that are pre injuries. A little extra soreness after a speed workout or after a long run means you need goout and do your recovery run even more. That motion is lotion concept. The other part of this is the injury side. None of it matters if you keep getting injured. So be pro active about seeking out those resources when injuries pop up,. When potential injuries pop up, so that you can continue to be consistent. Because you're hurt, ou can't be consistent.
